WEEKLY SPECIAL: THE PRIME RIB BEAST

This thing earned its name.

We took smoked prime rib, wrapped it in a flour tortilla, and decided portion control was somebody else’s problem.

Loaded with smoked prime rib, seasoned rice, pico de gallo, fire-roasted salsa, queso sauce, and melted cheese, then rolled up into one enormous, cheesy BBQ monster.

Big. Smoky. Cheesy. Absolutely ridiculous.

We’re closing out another great Bike Night season at Big Bore, and we’re going BIG for the finale.

On Saturday, September 19, The Widow Collaborative is taking over the patio for their Concert Patio Social—a night of music, food, drinks, friends, and fundraising for a great cause.

The Widow Collaborative works to support widows through connection, community, resources, and events, and we’re excited to welcome them and everyone coming out to Big Bore for the evening.
