One of our gluten free options is this Blueberry and Walnut salad from Planted Detroit. They grow all of their greens indoors in Michigan’s largest vertical farm. No pesticides, no herbicides! So fresh and so clean! Frill, kale, pak choi, pea shoots, romaine, chopped walnuts, dried blueberries, feta cheese and a white French Dijon vinaigrette.

Last weekend for The Penniman! Savory peach sauce, Parmesan, fresh mozzarella, blue cheese, fresh basil, crispy mozzarella edge, balsamic drizzle, all on top of our sourdough crust! Kitchen open until MIDNIGHT on Fridays and Saturdays and 11pm the other days!
