We’re launching our brand-new autumn cocktail menu featuring fresh seasonal pours alongside classic favorites like our signature Old Fashioned.

New Fall Lineup:

Sharp Tailed Grouse – Ålander spiced rum, pineapple, housemade bitter orange liqueur, orgeat, lime

Cranberry Bourbon Sour – Bødalen bourbon, lemon, orange blossom honey, cranberry, Peychaud’s bitters

Ginger Apple Buck – Roknar rye, apple c***r, lime, ginger b**r

We’re gathering with distillers and farmers to talk about distilling local grains!

The third event in our series of industry-only Distiller Field Days is happening August 4th, a week from today, hosted by Judson & Moore in Chicago, IL. Building off of our events at Granor Farm and Wollersheim Winery & Distillery , we’re looking forward to more great conversations about the ways that craft distillers can work directly with farmers to maximize flavor and local terroir for their unique spirits.

Here’s what’s on deck:
🗺️ Distillery tour: Grain handling + milling tips for working directly with local farmers
🌾 Distiller discussion on the terroir of wh***ey with Collin Moore of Judson & Moore Distillery , Mike Swanson of Far North Spirits , and Ari Klafter of Thornton Distilling Co.
🥃 Wh***ey tasting: Explore flavor profiles of different corn, malting barley, and rye varietals
