On the left, Roknar Rye: brown sugar, cinnamon, and sawn oak on the nose, leading into a butter-smooth palate of smoked ham and balsa wood, with a warm soft-baked pretzel and star anise finish.

On the right, Bødalen Bourbon: toffee, sweet corn, and orange zest on the nose, a peppery, woodsy entry on the palate, and a long finish of bitter chocolate and brown sugar.

Together, our two core whiskies form a holiday survival kit worth opening.
