We are with deep mixed emotion announcing our mothership SK Pub of Haledon is closing its doors. Back on July 3 1998 we did not ever expect to make such an announcement. Lest this day did come. We shall continue to live on and thrive out at our Hoboken location which continues to thrive thanks to that great city and its people! And since our first day Haledon had the most genius customer base. Everybody who noticed pulled me aside proud to tell me how special Haledon is; how our pub truly was where everybody was so friendly and warm hearted and truly genuine in their outreach to one another. Article after article pointed out how everybody always seems to be talking to one another like old friends. I always beamed hearing this assessment thinking maybe this is what Heaven in terms of being in full communion may be like? I can't thank everybody enough the countless conversations I had ranging from what is the perfect 6 Way Metaphor unto Quantum Mechanics and will New York baseball show at the next World Series. You all will always remain with me. And so now with Haledon closing I offer all my blessings and ask for God's Peace upon you. You've graced us and supported our charity causes so generously. Our philosophical movement continues. Carry on! Long live our Hoboken location!
