The patio is now open.

Not finished. Not perfect. Just progress.

Over the past few months, we’ve been building something new for The Colonial — a space designed for chill nights, cold drinks, great food, and even better company.

This project has taken early mornings, late nights, and a team that truly cares about the experience we create for our guests.

We still have details to finish, but we wanted to open the doors early and bring everyone along for the process.

(Battle of the cheesesteak recap)

Huge shoutout to the entire Colonial team for making this event possible. Every single one of your crushed it 👏

While we didn’t bring home the trophy, the event was a huge win for the Hagerstown community. We gave away over 75 cheesesteaks, cut into 500+ sample bites, and had an amazing time connecting with everyone.

Big thanks to One Room Media and the The City of Hagerstown - Municipal for putting together such a great first event.
