🍷 HELP WANTED: LIQUOR STORE MANAGER 🍷
City of Hackensack – Municipal Off-Sale Liquor Store
The City of Hackensack is accepting applications for a Liquor Store Manager to oversee daily operations at the Municipal Off-Sale Liquor Store.
💰 Pay Range: $22–$24 per hour (DOQ)
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Daily store operations (opening/closing, scheduling, cash handling)
• Staff supervision, training, and scheduling
• Inventory control, ordering, and audits
• Customer service and sales promotions
• Budget tracking and reporting
• Compliance with all state and local liquor laws
• Computer use including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Retail or management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
