Location: The Refuge Lounge Hackberry, LA (Inside Mainstay Suites Hotel)

Hours: Flexible (Part Time)

Compensation: Hourly (DOE) + TIPS.

The Refuge Lounge is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender. Nestled in the heart of our community, The Refuge Lounge offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and socializing. We are committed to providing exceptional service and a memorable experience for all our guests. We serve not only our hotel patrons but also the local community.

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve beverages, including a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Engage with customers, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a bartender, with a strong understanding of bar operations and drink preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess State ATC required food/beverage handling certifications.
