High quality feed is a must to make restaurant quality beef that taste good! We only feed good quality second, third, and forth cut hay along with a custom feed blend to our fat cattle. Beef Taste like what you feed it!

That’s a wrap! Sugaring season 2026 is in the books! 5635 gallons of syrup from 12,700 taps. 390,400 gallons of sap processed or 71 milk tanker loads! 30.75 gallons of sap per tap which is lower than normal but the sap was sweet so it worked This is the most syrup we have ever produced in a single year volume wise but not per tap. Not a record year but not a failure either so we will take it! Time to move on to pulling taps, planting crops, and making Hay! Always a sad day but relief at the same time!
