🚨 BREAKING: We Put a Hot Dog ON a Burger and We Have Absolutely No Regrets. 🚨

The August heat is officially making us crazy. Welcome to The Dog Daze.

We started with a classic, juicy beef patty and melted American cheese, and then we completely lost our minds in the best way possible.

Behold, out August Burger of the Month, the "Dog Daze".

🌭 A massive 4 oz all-beef hot dog split right down the middle.
🌶️ A heavy pour of house-made chili.
🧀 Blanketed in house-made cheddar cheese sauce
🧅 Piled high with crispy onion straws.
🔥 Spiked with pickled jalapeños for that late-summer kick.

This July, Bleus Burger is serving up pure, unfiltered freedom on a plate. Meet The Uncle Sam!

We wanted a 4th of July sandwich that screams "America," so we stacked two 4oz smashed patties, sliced white cheddar, smoked pork belly burnt ends, our signature Alabama white BBQ slaw, pickles, and house-made BBQ sauce onto Texas toast. Served with a limited time side, Buttery Corn Ribs!

Look, we know "Burger" is literally in our name, but rules were meant to be broken. 🤌

Tomorrow is Festa della Repubblica (Italian Republic Day!), so for June’s Burger of the Month, we’re ditching the beef and going full Italian. 🇮🇹

Meet the Crispy Four-Cheese Angel Hair Sando. Is it a burger? No. Are you going to care once you take a bite? Absolutely not.

Inside this masterpiece:

The Reuben is gone folks! We sold every ounce of pastrami! Here's a sneak peek of the April burger of the month, The Purple Haze!

Two smashed 4oz patties pressed hard and crisped on the edges, layered with melted provolone, smoked pork belly (yes, smoked in house, ahem), and a swipe of Japanese ube aioli that turns the whole thing an unmistakable shade of purple. Finished with house-made bourbon blackberry BBQ sauce, house-made sweet potato crisps for crunch, and a handful of fresh arugula to cut through the richness. Bold flavors, bolder color — April's burger hits different.

Anyone can smash a burger. We make it a work of art! 😍😍😍
