One night each month this summer, Oliver's trades the neighborhood for the coast with our Coastal Italian Summer Series beginning Wednesday, June 10. Come for 99¢ Shucker's Choice oysters all day, regional dishes inspired by Italy's seaside towns, and wines and cocktails made for lingering.

First stop: Puglia.

A sun-soaked corner of Southern Italy where seafood, rosé, and long dinners are part of the culture.

Featuring:
• Tuna Crudo with capers, lemon zest, and herb oil
• Roasted Littleneck Clams with Calabrian chili butter and parsley

To drink, we're pouring Negroamaro Rosato, crafted from one of Puglia's signature grapes. Crisp, dry, and bright enough for oysters, yet substantial enough to carry through the evening. Or choose the Rosato Spritz, a bittersweet pink aperitivo that feels right at home alongside a dozen oysters and a table of friends with nowhere else to be.
