Summer wedding season is slowly coming to an end & we’re gearing up for fall weather, beautiful colors & a whole set of new signature drinks (think apple crown & cider or cranberry apple bourbon smash) πŸ₯ƒ 🍎

One thing we will carry over into the next season is great wine & Cabernet Sauvignon is one of those wines.

One of my all time favorite things about getting to bartend special events and weddings is meeting all the other wonderful people in the service industry. The wedding planners. The catering companies. The venue owners.

It’s so fun to see all of us come together to make someone’s day absolutely perfect.

I’m Heather - the face behind On The Rocks!

We were established in 2025, but I’ve been bartending both restaurants and events for about 6 years now!

I love the opportunity to meet new people, celebrate someone’s special day, and come up with the perfect signature drink for each event 🍹

Some fun facts about me:
✨ I got married this year β€” 01.09.2026 πŸ’

✨ I am a mama to 5 kiddos! They range in age from 2 years old (almost) to 20 years old!

✨ I’m a grandma now πŸ₯Ή & he is the sweetest boy!

✨ I don’t get to travel often (responsibilities are calling these days), but when I get the chance it’s my favorite thing 🌎

✨ When I need to relax or take my mind off things in order to slow down - I love to grab a good book, a blanket & a coffee to regroup β˜•οΈ

✨ I love the color purple (think lavender) & am obsessed with all these true crime (or similar) - books, podcasts, documentaries, reels πŸ€ͺ

✨ Although bartending is my job (of course!) I am also starting a paraprofessional job by day this school year πŸ™ŒπŸΌ Hello 2nd Grade!

One of our biggest priorities is keeping your initial lines down.

We all know the scene where the ceremony just finishes, all your guests head to cocktail hour, and the line that was zero becomes two hundred and five within seconds.

Nobody hates a line more. Weddings are no exception.

So, we get the bar ready. Everything in order for quick pours and hand offs. So your line gets back to under five as people venture back around.

Signature drinks like the margarita, rum punch and cherry mules make for easy preβ€’pours right as the line forms for grab and go. Highly recommend πŸ’
