At 89.9 KMOJ — The People’s Station, we want to take a moment to check in with you… for real.
Life be life-ing. Between work, family, loss, pressure, and just trying to hold it all together, it’s easy to keep pushing and forget to check on yourself. But your mental health is just as important as anything else you show up for every day.
We want our community to know: it’s okay to not be okay.
It’s okay to pause.
It’s okay to talk to somebody.
And it’s okay to choose yourself.
Taking care of your mind isn’t weakness—it’s strength. It’s survival. It’s healing.
