I'm a fan of French Cider and this one did not disappoint. 🍎

It's the perfect amount of sweetness and just the right amount of carbonation. 👌🏾

If we could only replicate this style. I need to do some additional research or maybe some market research . 🤔 😃

Anyway, I highly recommend. 🙌🏾

Sweet Hottie is up next! ❤️

Sweet Hottie got a fruit and spice upgrade this year but just a little more heat. Nothings wrong with a little sweet heat. 🌶 🔥 🍯 🍒

Both will be bottled and ready to roll early next week. 😃

Cherry Cream is inspired by our Cherry Pie Cider with a little lactose and honey added. It's pretty smooth and probably not nearly as sweet as you think. It's just right. 👌🏾

All of our cider is unfiltered. We usually let it cold crash for a while which means you will still get some sediment from yeast and fruit after it's bottled. It's just part of the process. We may filter one day but for now we like it cloudy.

Y'all know we love love and tis the season for our small batch Valentine's Day release. 💕

We're stirring up two small batches again this year. ❤️

Sweet Hottie is back with a little more spice making it oh so nice. 🍒🌶

Cherry Cream Pie is also in the making! It's a little different spin on our She's My Cherry Pie cider from last year. 🍒🥧

We will let you know when they are ready to rock, but shooting for next week. 😍

Fresh and clean fermenter!

The last 10 gallons of our SC cider batch is cold crashing and clearing up for two special bottle releases coming soon. 🍻

I can't wait to share these bottles with y'all!

Let's just say we hope one turns out as smooth as Tennessee Whiskey, and the other turns out like a sweet Valentine's Day treat. 😉

We will be having another pop up/pick up sale next week. Details coming tomorrow. 🙌🏾

Cranny Rose is a Cranberry Rosemary Cider made with fresh crushed cranberries and fresh rosemary from the backyard. 😃

It's pretty tasty and perfect for this time of year.

Juicing does make a mess, but fresh apples make the best cider. 🍎 🍏 🍎

Trop Hopped- a tropical cider base + a five hop variety blend. 🍻

Super Hopped- the beer drinkers cider. This cider has a hoppy nose and kinda drinks like a beer with a tinge of bitterness. ⭐ Limited ⭐
