A quick little photoshoot moment for two of our newest menu additions 📸✨😋

Our new Rigatoni features lamb sausage, charred corn, roasted tomatoes, and pecorino romano — rich, smoky, and perfect for summer nights.

And for something a little lighter, our Grilled North Carolina Trout is served with charred corn, cannellini beans, sundried tomatoes, and salsa cruda for a dish that’s fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor 🐟

We’re typically off on Mondays, but yesterday our bartenders Sadie and Andrew represented Jianna at the Illegal Mezcal cocktail competition at 🍸🔥

They brought creativity, passion, and a whole lot of talent with their cocktail “Arrostito” (“roasted” in Italian) featuring Illegal Reposado, High Wire Southern Amaro, espresso, turbinado sugar, and to***co bitters — finished with a smoked to***co espresso bean and sugar rim ☕️

We’re proud to have a team that’s always pushing themselves creatively while supporting each other along the way. If you see Sadie and Andrew behind the bar this week, make sure to show them some love 👏

Meet our General Manager, Rowan! ✨

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, Rowan brings a passion for service, guest experience, and wine to the Jianna team — and this guy seriously knows his wine 🍷 His background includes time at acclaimed restaurants such as Burning Tree and Havana, home to Maine’s largest wine cellar and a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence program, along with leadership roles at Indigo Road Hospitality Group and several other celebrated restaurant concepts.

His commitment to hospitality, team development, and creating dining experiences that guests remember long after the meal is what makes him such an exciting addition to Jianna’s leadership team.

Since joining our team, Rowan has already made many impactful changes behind the scenes that continue to elevate our operations day in and day out. More importantly, he stepped right into the culture that has always been so important to us here at Jianna 🩵

He’s the kind of leader who is always ready to lend a helping hand, no matter what needs to get done, and brings the same level of care and attention to both our team and our guests every day.

Meet Joelle ✨

For the past 2 years, Joelle has been a part of the Jianna family, bringing her Philly grit and personality to the team.

Outside of Jianna, Joelle keeps busy baking some seriously delicious goodies (especially her sourdough and cookies 😋), enjoying life as a recently engaged bride-to-be 💍, and most importantly being a mom to her son.

As we head into Mother’s Day weekend, we’re extra grateful for all the moms and mother figures who bring so much heart into what they do 🤍
