Founders Brian & Nicole Cendrowski and the Fireforge Team have a passion for exploring the culinary world of flavors through beer and food. Constantly seeking new experiences, they are on a mission to push the boundaries of beer and challenge fellow drinkers to embrace a sense of adventure and curiosity. Our small-batch brewery, taproom and biergarden opened in downtown Greenville, SC in June 2018

. We typically have 20+ house-brewed beers on tap, along with other craft guest beverages (wine, mead, cider and kombucha). We source, prepare and serve colorful, fresh and regionally- and locally-inspired small plates, charcuterie boards, sandwiches and desserts. We love helping guests explore emerging and seasonal beer styles while also offering classic ales and lagers.

🌶️ Save the Date for Saturday, October 17th! It’s our first-annual Perlin’s Ghost Pepper Pale Ale Release Party & Chili Cook-Off Invitational! This party celebrates “Perlin’s,” a b**r that has a small, yet fervent following. The afternoon will include a delicious chili cook-off and people’s choice vote from 12-2 pm, followed by live music with Hot as a Pepper Band from 2-5 pm! The event is free to attend; chili tasting tickets will be available for purchase on site. Proceeds from the chili tasting ticket sales will go to benefit Project Host. (P.S. We’ll also have the real Perlin the Pepper on site for photo ops!)

🥘 About Project Host: Project Host believes food insecurity can only be addressed by the whole community. Their programs include a Soup Kitchen, CC Pearce Community Culinary School, Gardening for Good, and Cooking for Kids. All of their admirable volunteer-driven programs offer support and focus on giving back to the our wider Greenville community.

🎃 Now on tap & in 4-packs to go: “The Spice Is Right” Imperial Pumpkin Ale! Enjoy notes of pumpkin pie spice, baked pie crust, maple syrup and vanilla. 🍁

The Spice is Right is a full-flavored, strong spiced ale made with pumpkin puree, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, Ugandan vanilla and maple syrup. Despite all the dessert flavors, it does not finish overly sweet. The tannins from the spice create an astringency that balances the sweetness of the b**r. 📸

Join us this Friday 9/4 for the Fireforge debut of the The Benny Hagerty Band from 7-9 pm! The Benny Hagerty Band is a Greenville-based Americana group blending folk and blues-inspired songwriting with the sounds of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Fronted by singer-songwriter and rhythm guitarist Benny Hagerty, the band features Riley Myer on lead guitar, AJ Barrett on banjo/harmonica, and F***y Wonder on percussion.

Following the February 2026 release of Hagerty’s debut album, Hills & Highways, the band has continued to develop a sound rooted in folk, country, bluegrass, and blues traditions while delivering a fresh, energetic approach to modern Americana music. The Benny Hagerty Band has performed throughout the South Carolina Upstate and across North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, earning a reputation for authentic storytelling and engaging live performances.

🥨 Guten Tag! Join us for our 9th annual Oktoberfest Weekend in downtown Greenville September 25-27! We’ll have festive live music on tap all weekend long.

Live Music Schedule:
🪗 Friday, 9/25: The Foothills Oompah Band (6-9 p.m.)
The Foothills Oompah Band is a German Festival Band. They love to involve their audiences with sing-a-longs, Chicken Dancing, and yodeling.

🪗 Saturday, 9/26: Hammock Theory (2-4 p.m.)
Hammock Theory is a Greenville, SC based trio that pulls from reggae, funk, and jam band influences to deliver music that makes you wanna relax and dance at the same time.

🪗 Saturday, 9/26: Randomonium (5-8 p.m.)
Randomonium is now one of the most recognizable acts in the Upstate area. Playing music for those that love it AND building community is their passion. They want to spread their love of music and the true spirit of rock n’ roll far and wide.

🪗 Sunday, 9/27: Appalachian Freunde Polka Band (2-5 p.m.)
AF Polka Band shows present polka music with traditional favorites alongside Oktoberfest party tunes and American rock pieces, guaranteed to satisfy the polka fans and let others build a newfound love for the genre.

Plus don your lederhosen, dirndl - or simply a tasty pretzel necklace - and be ready for Feats of Strength competitions like Stein-Hoisting and more! An array of our house-brewed German-style and fall seasonal b**rs will be on tap, with commemorative steins and themed merch available for purchase. Save room for our schnitzel, brats, pretzels and other festy fare while enjoying a wide range of live music. We’ll also host our Children’s Activities tent once again early afternoon on Saturday.
