🌞 As the summer solstice approaches, our 3.3% ABV Grodziskie Polish Wheat Ale is tasting more refreshing than ever - evoking aromas and flavors of a gentle campfire in a flowering meadow.

The Grodziskie is the only-known native Polish beer style. It’s a smoked wheat ale, low in gravity and highly effervescent - considered the original “champagne of beers.” We brewed this ale in honor of our Polish roots across the Fireforge team, yet aptly named it “Cendrowski” after our co-owner and head brewer Brian’s family. Brewed with Polish-grown Lubelski & Tradition hops, as well as yeast from Grodzisk Brewery in Poland.

🔥 Yesterday, “Chicago” Dave McElhany wrapped up his last shift at Fireforge — and has officially retired! Join us in a hearty congratulations and thank you to Dave.

A craft beer enthusiast for many years, working in beer was his 2nd career, including bartending at Brewery85 and Fireforge for many years. Dave, thank you for your kind, knowledgable, and steady presence, as well as all the beer, sports, music and tattoo conversations!

Fireforge and Splitwave invite you to celebrate Fireforge’s 8th Anniversary Weekend at ForgeFest, June 12-14, 2026! Splitwave will perform from 2-4 pm on Saturday, June 13. Since Splitwave’s arrival on the SC indie music scene with their debut release of “Silver Lines’ in March 2024, they’ve been turning heads and gaining momentum. 

The high-octane, alt-rock group was dubbed a “Pure-Energy local favorite” by BrightBell Music Company for their dynamic and crowd-inviting performances. In November 2024, the group won first place “Crowd Favorite” at Clemson WSBF Radio’s annual Battle Of The Bands, and their one-of-a-kind music video for their single “Tatters” was recognized in the Berlin Music Video Awards for its creative and chaotic visuals.

All weekend long, enjoy ForgeFest anniversary beer, fun food favorites from the Fireforge kitchen, live music and vinyl DJ sets. Visit the ForgeFest event listings on the Fireforge website and Facebook for additional details.

🍷 Now Pouring: Csányi Pincészet’s Teleki Pinot Noir from Villanyi, Hungary. Enjoy elegant and silky notes of vibrant red fruits, including cherry, strawberry & red currant. Medium-bodied with a dry finish, this pinot noir pairs well with our Studio Fifty Forge sammie, as well as the Brisket Reuben and brisket-style Portobello “Shrooben.” Many thanks to Luke Holzworth with Bear Island Distributing for recommending this lovely, warmer weather red wine!

🌲 Out on a Limb is back after a 5-year hiatus! This Double IPA is intensely-flavored featuring Simcoe, Columbus, Chinook and Centennial hops. Enjoy notes of stone fruit up front and a piney, resinous finish; balanced with a solid malt backbone and not overly bitter.
Sip and imagine gummy peach rings 🍑 dancing in a forest of pines! 🌲 Brewed with Southeastern-grown regional malt including Carolina Gold and Riverbend Munich malts.
