Founders Brian & Nicole Cendrowski and the Fireforge Team have a passion for exploring the culinary world of flavors through beer and food. Constantly seeking new experiences, they are on a mission to push the boundaries of beer and challenge fellow drinkers to embrace a sense of adventure and curiosity. Our small-batch brewery, taproom and biergarden opened in downtown Greenville, SC in June 2018

. We typically have 20+ house-brewed beers on tap, along with other craft guest beverages (wine, mead, cider and kombucha). We source, prepare and serve colorful, fresh and regionally- and locally-inspired small plates, charcuterie boards, sandwiches and desserts. We love helping guests explore emerging and seasonal beer styles while also offering classic ales and lagers.

Combining elements of Rock, Pop, Jazz, World, and Soul, Hugh McCulloch Band is a phase shift in time and sound. Join Fireforge and the Greenville Jazz Collective Sundays from 4 to 6 pm for our Sunday Jazz Jam! The jam is open to all skill levels — and jazz vocalists are welcome to join in. (You don’t have to play an instrument.) While enjoying the jam, savor an array of Fireforge’s award-winning beers, craft guest beverages, as well as wine and non-alcoholic offerings, plus seasonal comfort food from our kitchen.

The Greenville Jazz Collective (GJC) preserves and promotes jazz in Upstate South Carolina. GJC stewards this important American art form through the promotion of live performance to support our local musicians, as well as educational events and programs to nurture the next generation of jazz musicians.

🇺🇸 New Beer! In celebration of the United States’ upcoming 250th Anniversary, Summer of ‘76 is a refreshing Summer Ale with a bready malt body, golden hue, and pleasant, distinct hop character. It’s similar to an American Pale Ale, but lighter in color and made with English hops, which tend to be grassy and earthy with a hint of citrus. 🧠 + 🍺 = A new event series at Fireforge! Save the Date for “Brains & Brews” on Wednesday, July 15th! This is a casual educational series that will be hosted the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.

Each month will feature a different topic hosted by one of Fireforge’s team members, customers or community partners on a myriad of topics ranging from brewing, film prop tactics, to creative writing, ancient history and more! Our kick-off Brains & Brews will feature Fireforge head brewer and co-owner, Brian Cendrowski, sharing brewing secrets, tasting tips and a brief brewery tour. Brains & Brews is a free event.
