Zoe Zambardino - Soccer, J.H. Rose High School

Big shoutout to Zoe Zambardino, our May ‘26 Athlete of the Month at TieBreakers! Zoe is a Senior at J.H. Rose High School and a standout midfielder for the Rose Soccer team.

She has been playing soccer since she was 6 years old and has become known for her hard work, dedication, and leadership on and off the field. As Captain of the Rose Soccer team, Zoe leads by example and is a great teammate who always puts her team first.

Her favorite quote, “Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.” (Hebrews 12:1), reflects the mindset she brings to every practice and game.

One of her best performances came against Northern Nash, where she scored 4 goals in a single game. Throughout her high school career, Zoe has earned All-Conference and All-Region honors as a freshman and sophomore, and All-Conference, All-Region, and All-State honors as a senior.
Zoe’s hard work, leadership, and commitment to her team make her truly stand out. We’re proud to recognize her as our Athlete of the Month!

What a day at Tiebreakers! 🏴‍☠️⚾🏒

The Pirates just knocked off Tennessee 7-3 in the NCAA Regional, and Pirate Nation is fired up! It was an incredible atmosphere watching ECU get the win alongside fellow fans—and ECU legends David Garrard and Holton Ahlers.

But we're not done yet...

Tonight, the Carolina Hurricanes take the ice at 8 PM, and we'll have every second of the action on our big screens. 🌀🔥

You've already spent the day with us, so you may as well stay all evening! We've got lunch and dinner menus, cold drinks, great food, and wall-to-wall sports.

⚓ Pirate Nation is locked in at Tiebreakers! 🏴‍☠️

ECU and Tennessee are tied 1-1 in the 6th inning of the NCAA Chapel Hill Regional, and the tension is building with every pitch!

And the icing on the cake...Two ECU greats, David Garrard and Holton Ahlers, are here watching the action and cheering on the Pirates. From one ECU era to another, it's always great to see Pirate greats supporting the Purple and Gold. Thanks for hanging out with us on game day!
