That’s water from a glacier in Alaska!

One of the most important parts of Kegging is making sure all the ingredients are as cold as possible! It drastically helps the CO2 dissolve into the liquid. With out it being super cold you run the risk of weak bubbles, flat aromas, and inconsistent drinks! Which we are not a fan of.

Cold ingredients + carbonation = perfect pour

If you see this bar in the middle of a field and think to yourself “ I bet they can make a Miami vice” you are mistaken!

2) “Surprise me!”
Surprise it’s one of the menu cocktails! Enjoy!

3) “ There’s this one drink my buddy use to make “ then proceed with a list of 15 ingredients.
Sounds great, but I don’t have coco Lopez, blue curaçao, and tajin on me at all times😂

If you don’t know what you want go for one of the menu cocktails or a locally crafted brew. I promise they are always a great choice!
