Empress Gin Sour 🍹

Recipe:
Empress Gin
Simple Syrup
Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White

First dry shake (without ice) then wet shake (with ice added). This ensures the egg white combines with the other ingredients and gives you the frothy white texture seen in the video.

Garnished with edible flowers.
