a little goodbye to summer, and a big thank you to the people who helped make it a good one.

join chef dylan for a special summer tasting dinner highlighting the local and regional farmers and producers who have been supplying Sum Bar with fresh ingredients all season long. from local green beans to coastal carolina shrimp

this dinner is our way of saying thank you. proceeds will go toward treating our farmers and distributors to a coursed lunch featuring the same menu earlier that day. their hard work, consistency, and care do not go unnoticed, and we’re proud to feed the people who feed us.

we’ve been having a lot of fun bringing a new side of Sum Bar to life. lunch has its own menu, a few dishes you won’t find during dinner service.

from seasonal vegetables and locally sourced ingredients to comforting dishes.

because we’re still growing into this new part of our day, we want to hear from you! if you’ve joined us for lunch already, tell us what you loved, what you’d like to see, or what you think we could do better. your feedback genuinely helps us shape where lunch goes next.

join us to say goodbye to Summer (it was a great one, but phew can’t wait for Fall) with a tasting menu from our very own Chef Dylan Haughton.

we’ve been quietly swapping over menu ingredients to local and regional producers (farmers). from our green beans coming only from local sources to our shrimp coming from coastal Carolinas (ty ).

proceeds from this dinner will go toward treating our farmers and distributors a coursed lunch (same menu earlier in the day!). we’d like to thank them for supplying fresh products consistently, kindly, and professionally. their hard work does not go unnoticed and we’re proud to feed them the way they feed us!
