Meet Ashli, Executive Chef and visionary behind every bite at JUHL & CO.! Her days are filled with controlled chaos, from prepping in the kitchen to training staff.
“My inspiration for the menu comes from all the chefs and cooks I’ve ever worked for or with. There are countless hours of conversations about flavors and techniques that still live with me. I like to surprise people and create food that intrigues and satisfies.” But the hidden gem you have to try according to Ashli? Our Tuna Tataki. 🍣

When she’s off-duty, you’ll find Ashli playing the guitar, trying new food with her boyfriend, and cuddling her dog, obviously. 🐶 Fun fact, she trained and taught martial arts for a decade!
