A place like Butcher Bar doesn’t come to life because of one person.

It takes the people who showed up early, stayed late, moved things, stocked things, cooked, cleaned, trained, encouraged, problem-solved and jumped in wherever they were needed.

To our team, our friends and our family who helped turn this idea into a real place with people sitting at the tables and food coming out of the kitchen, thank you. We wouldn’t be here without you.

And to everyone who’s walked through the doors since we opened, you’re part of the story now too.

Beef prices have jumped since he bought these Goodstock by Nolan Ryan tenderloins, so for a limited time, he’s offering something we don’t typically see at Butcher Bar:

🥩 Goodstock Ranch Whole Untrimmed Beef Tenderloin | $18.99/lb (beginning tomorrow, Fri, Oct 2nd, while supplies last)

These are sold whole, packaged and untrimmed, which means you’re taking home the full tenderloin and doing the portioning yourself.

If you’ve been thinking about stocking the freezer, feeding a crowd or just getting your hands on a premium cut at a really good price, this is the time.
