Today is a day for remembering our service members, first responders and citizens who were lost. We honor them every day with an empty glass at this table, but we wanted to toast Stephen Gould today. We managed to find bottle 30 of batch #2 of Golden Moon Distillery's Triple. Brother!

We are open for our regular hours 12-8, Friday-Sunday. It's our honor to serve you and remember with you.

🔥🍂 **Something new is happening at the Columbine!** 🍂🔥

We’ve been making a few changes around here — freshening up some of our menu favorites, adding new ideas, and listening to what YOU want to see at the Columbine. ❤️

And while we’re working on those changes, we’ve also started playing around with some ideas for our **Fall/Winter menu**. We’re not quite ready to reveal that one yet… but we couldn’t resist letting you try this!

🔥🍌 **Fireside Banana Bonfire — $10**
Cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips topped with warm bananas, caramel, chocolate drizzle, whipped cream & candied pecans. 🤤🔥

And yes… the **Campfire Brownie** is still here for our chocolate lovers! 🍫
