Hey friends 💛
We’ve got a quick update—looks like we won’t be opening
Friday March 20th, after all. We’re still waiting on that final health department approval.

Trust us… we’re just as ready (and excited) as you are. Everything is set on our end—we’re just waiting for the official green light 👀

We promise—it’s coming very soon. And when those doors open, we’re ready to make it worth the wait.

Thank you for all the love and support—you’ve made this journey so special already.

As soon as we get that green light, we’ll post our official opening day + hours right here.

Hey neighbors 🤍

We just want to take a moment to say thank you. The support, encouragement, and excitement you’ve shown us already means more than we can put into words. Truly grateful to be building something here in this community.

We’re getting so close to opening—just waiting on our final health permit approval 🤞

Once we open, we’ll be starting with our non-alcoholic beverage menu while we wait for our liquor license to come through. We’ve put a lot of thought into it, and we’re really excited to share it with you.

Quick update from Columbine Pour House 👋

We’re so close to opening.
The last step is our health department inspection, and once that’s done we’ll be ready to open the doors.

We know a lot of you have been asking when you can come in — trust us, we’re just as excited as you are.

The Coke truck has officially arrived.
Which means one of two things:

Today was a sweet one 🤍

We spent the afternoon doing a dessert tasting with a local favorite — Secret Desires — and let’s just say… wow.

We love partnering with local makers, and getting to collaborate with talented small businesses in our community is exactly what Columbine is all about.
