Here are two of our favorite cocktails to stop by for.

🍸 Miss Manhattan
Vodka, red wine cinnamon syrup, fig liqueur, Earl Grey dry vermouth infusion, and mole bitters. Complex, elegant, and completely gluten-free.

🥃 Grandpa Bob's Old Fashioned
Berens brandy, Angostura bitters, orange, cherry. Classic done right.

And this month? We're elevating the menu with Weller Bourbon.

Wisconsin's only barrel allocation, our name on the label. Pair it with the Norwegian Ode Cod-miso glaze, jasmine rice, and coconut sweet potato, or a tender and juicy Wood-Fire Grilled Ribeye. 🥩

Labor Day weekend is arriving in Green Bay and we're ready for all of it.

Get a taste of what's on the menu this September: the Short Rib Ragout with house-made casarecce pasta, pecorino, and breadcrumbs, and the wood-fired Italian Meat pizza stacked with Ezzo pepperoni, Italian sausage, soppressata, and Belgioioso mozzarella. Add an order of Honey Buffalo Wings for the table and you're set for kickoff.

Pair it with a Saving Gracie favorite for gluten-free options without compromising taste or Oktoberfest to start the football season vibes off right.

The wait is almost over. Oktoberfest season starts with the first pour that's golden, smooth, and malt-forward, with just enough richness to make every sip feel like a celebration. Built for cold pints and patio tables as we usher in the new season's arrival.

And when it comes to pairing, go big. Think bratwurst off the grill, crispy schnitzel, roasted pork, or a warm pretzel with mustard. The malt sweetness and clean finish make it a natural match for big, savory flavors.

Your group chat said, “we should go grab a beer.” This is your sign that patio season is calling. 🍻

When the weather’s warm and the evening is too nice to stay indoors, grab a seat at the Hinterland's beer garden. Open-air seating and fresh craft beer on draft to make it the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy a Green Bay summer night.

Here are three delicious reasons to celebrate:

Saving Gracie Juicy IPA brewed with Galaxy and Lemondrop hops, zero gluten, all the flavor. Because great IPA belongs to everyone. 5.1% ABV.

Jamaican Haze brewed with Citra and Sabro hops. Notes of tangerine, coconut, tropical citrus. Your 12-ounce vacation starts here. 6.8% ABV.

Our classic IPA is aggressively dry hopped with 1.5 lbs of Simcoe per barrel. Citrus bite, smooth malt finish, fighting spirit. 6.7% ABV.

Some feelings last through every season. 🏈

Packerland Pilsner was born the year Green Bay remembered who they were. First brewed in 1997 to celebrate a championship. Brought back in 2014 because some things are too good to bench forever.

Crisp, clean and classic. Everything a pilsner should bring to the table.

Order it with the Big Hinty Burger and the Honey Buffalo Wings for everything you need during the game. Or dig into the Renard's Cheese Curds for a shared moment before kickoff.
