Good Morning! The regular meeting for the CCTA will be next Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025, and will be held at the BPOE (Elks Lodge), 500 1st Ave S, 1:00 pm....We have an important agenda regarding gaming issues. We also need to prepare for the MTA Convention, where decisions will need to be made as to how we are going forward with necessary changes. If you have been experiencing less than positive results from your gaming operations, you need to be paying attention! Also, one of our own is running for President of the organization! That would be Tommy Heisler! Tommy has been spearheading the gaming issues the last couple of years, and it appears we are coming to a conclusion on the problems!

Have you registered for the MTA Convention yet?!!! We are going to Fairmont and you need to be there!!!

SERVER TRAINING ALSO AT THE ELKS CLUB (Hayes will conduct a Server Training class on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM. Not necessary to call or reserve a spot, just show up with your phone. The law states that we must have our employee trained within 60 days of hire, and every three years thereafter. The responsibility for making sure that happens falls upon the owner of the license, whether the license is off premises or a bar/casino!

Hey last night some vehicles were left behind at the Cowboys Bar. That is great that you did not drive however it would be appreciated if you could come get your vehicles because we have a car show today and we need the space. Thank you!

Good morning! Today there is a car show at the Cowboys Bar. No fees or registration is required. However, they are collecting unwrapped toys for the Daisy's Rainbow Cart. Hope to see you all here. 😚

The 19th Annual Dusty Gliko Bull Riding Challenge is June 1st, 2024, at the MT ExpoPark. Not only will there be an exciting night of bull riding, but the one and only Danger Dave will also be there! After the big event come on over to the Cowboys Bar, home of the afterparty. We will have cold beer and drinks to please. The Shakedown Country Band is our entertainment for the night ready to get you out dancing and having a good time.

Just sending out a clarification for this weekend's horse racing at the fairgrounds Saturday and Sunday! The Post time for both days is 1:00 pm! It looks like the Great Falls Turf Club has a good racing card for both days!
