It's been a year already since Barney got killed on his motorcycle. They are finally filing charges against the dumb broad that killed him but they are only charging her with no insurance and driving while suspended. She killed someone by her negligence and is getting off with a slap on the wrists. Probably get a fine and put on the easy payment plan. Just not right. There are several of us that are going to her hearing. It's April 15th at 8:30 in the old Sears building. Please attend if anyway possible. Thank you.

The Pour House will be closing for good on Monday, July 31. The new owners will take over on Tuesday. I don't expect a lot of change, if any, for a while at least. I am sticking around to show the newbies the ropes for a few months. The last 7 years have been a lot of fun, thanks to my customers and my employees. I've gotten to know a lot of people I probably wouldn't have if not for that bar, so it will always have a special place in my heart. I hope you all have some good memories to think about in the future because that's what it's all about. But times change and I felt it was time to move on. Thanks to each and every one of you. I truly appreciate your support and your friendship. Peace to you all.

The Pour House will have a new owner and new name starting Aug. 1st. We had a pretty good run for almost 7 years and really appreciate the support we were given. Stop in to say goodbye or to meet the new owners. You might get lucky and see some familiar faces. 😀😀 Thank you all!
