To our incredible community,
This is not an easy message to write.
After 10 unforgettable years, 129 Center Cut will be closing its doors.
This decision did not come lightly, and it comes with a heavy heart. Like many in our industry, we’ve been navigating rising food costs, increasing overhead, and a noticeable shift in how often people are able to dine out in today’s economy. Despite our best efforts, these challenges have made it difficult to continue operating in a sustainable way.
What makes this so much harder is all of you.
Living and working in this community, surrounded by so many wonderful people, has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. It’s incredibly difficult for us to say goodbye after putting 10 years of our heart, time, and spirit into this business.
Over the past decade, this restaurant has been more than just a place to eat — it has been a gathering space for this community. We’ve had the honor of watching your families grow, hosting your celebrations, and being part of so many meaningful moments. Thank you for trusting us with your special events, and for allowing your children to take their first jobs here — that means more than you know.
Personally, I am beyond grateful for the relationships that have come from this place. So many of you have become more than guests — you’ve become friends, and that is something I will truly miss.
Thank you for supporting us, believing in us, and allowing us to be a part of your lives for the last 10 years. It has meant more than words can properly express.
With sincere gratitude,
129 Center Cut
