We don’t often share GoFundMe pages, but sometimes something hits close enough to home that we feel it’s important to show up for one of our own.

Many of you know Nicole, who has been part of our bar family for years, and some of our longtime customers may also remember her sister, Cheryl. Cheryl recently lost her son to su***de after his struggle with mental health.

No parent should ever have to experience the loss of a child. On top of navigating unimaginable grief, Cheryl has been traveling back and forth to take care of her son’s belongings, his home, and everything else that comes with trying to put the pieces together after a loss like this.

Cheryl and Nicole are part of our extended bar family, and right now one of our own could use a little extra love and support.

If you’re able to donate, anything helps ease some of the financial weight Cheryl is carrying while she focuses on grieving and taking care of what needs to be done. If donating isn’t possible, simply sharing the GoFundMe can help more than you might realize.

We spend a lot of time calling this place a “bar family,” and moments like this are when that word really means something. ❤️
