The Putnam County baseball program has qualified for state in every full decade since the school opened. The 2026 Panthers play North Clay in Friday's semifinals in the school's seventh state appearance.

⚾🖤💛 STATE BOUND! 🖤💛⚾

🚨📣TOMORROW📣🚨

At 12:00pm on Thursday our community will once again rally behind a special group of young athletes as PANTHERS ⚾️ head to the IHSA State Final Four! 🏆

As the team makes its way through town with a police es**rt we encourage everyone to line the streets, wave your signs, wear your school colors, and help send them off with the support they deserve.

Looking around our restaurant, one of our favorite pieces of hometown history is the photo of the 2013 State 🏆 Baseball Team hanging on our wall. For years, young athletes have looked at that picture, dreaming of what it would be like to wear the uniform, represent our town, and make a run to state themselves.

Now, many of those same kids who once looked up to that 2013 team are writing their own chapter 📖 in our community’s story.

What an incredible reminder of how quickly time passes and how powerful hometown pride can be. 🖤💛

Congratulations 🎉🥳 to the players, coaches, families, and everyone who has supported this team along the way. Thank you for giving our community something to celebrate and be proud of.

Good luck this weekend, PANTHERS! We’ll be cheering for you every step of the way.
