Big food news at Steam Distillery! ⚙️🍽️

We’re excited to announce that Casablanca Coffee and Grill will be cooking up tonights food menu!

The menu brings a great mix of options, including appetizers like Buffalo Cauliflower, Brussels & Chips, and Olive & Hummus Plate, plus a full lineup of 12” pizzas, including Pepperoni, Linguica Supreme, Pickled Pepperoni, Ultimate, Maui-Wowi!, Chibato, Margherita, and more.

We’ll also have hearty entree options available as a wrap, torta, or box, including favorites like Fred’s Philly, Caesar Chicken Wrap, Japanese Bento, Casa Special, Applegate, and the No Meat vegan option.

Come in, grab a drink, and check out the food lineup from Casablanca Coffee & Grill. We’re excited to have them in the kitchen and can’t wait for you to try it!

We want to take a moment to address recent questions regarding food service at our location.

First, we want to thank our food provider for the time, creativity, and effort they have put into serving customers over the past couple of years. We appreciate the work they have done and wish them success as they move forward with their next location.

To clarify, the recent operating changes were not unexpected or sudden. The food provider was previously verbally notified that changes would be needed as we transition into a new POS and payment system. They were also told that written direction would be provided, which was done yesterday morning. They chose not to ask for any changes, clarification, or discussion regarding those written procedures.

Instead of discussing the changes with us, asking questions, requesting clarification, or notifying us directly that they would no longer be providing food service, they chose to make a last-minute Facebook post announcing their decision publicly.

These procedures were not about limiting creativity or preventing specials. They were about creating a more consistent menu structure for customers, reducing confusion for staff, ensuring accurate pricing, and making the ordering and payment process smoother for everyone.

We were also informed by the building owners that the food provider’s lease was not being renewed and that they only had until the end of June at this location, separate from these operating procedures.

Our goal has always been to provide a welcoming environment, great drinks, great service, and reliable food options for our guests. We are already working on the next steps for food service and will share updates soon.
