Its a beautiful Sunday and we have a spicy treat on the Specials Menu.

Korean Burger - Two smash patties with white American, aioli, kimchi, gochujang ketchup, crispy onions, all on a toasted brioche roll. Comes with fries with more gochujang ketchup for dipping.

Fall can quietly be felt, lets savor the end of Summer with some cheers.

Summer is sharing all her bounty with us, so we decided to make a Peach Pie.

Fresh sliced peaches with béchamel, mozz, ricotta-feta, fresh rosemary, and EVOO.

A bit savory, a bit sweet. Wood-fired as always.
