Huge Announcements!

#1) Triple-B-Brewing will soon be changing names to Beisner Brewing Co. A new logo is currently being developed. A preview of this logo has been attached with this post. Some history and thoughts behind the logo...the logo shows a falcon grasping ears of corn still in the husks. The historical meaning of my family's last name means "of or related to falconry" or "to hunt with a falcon". The ears of corn in husks pay homage to my family and growing up in Nebraska. It is also used to show where the company got it's start.

#2) The new Hoppin' Hellion IPA is currently conditioning and ready to drink. I am waiting to crack open the first one until the new Beisner Brewing Co. logo is complete so I can make bottle labels.

#3) Future expansion with new materials and equipment to grow and brew new brews has been put on hold but is going to happen in the near future.

Finally finished the label design for the Bittersweet Amber Ale and cracked open the first bottle today! Tastes great...just like described! Even bitterness, very little that I can taste anyway, and medium to heavy caramel malt character and body on the palate, especially after-taste. Definitely like this one and happy how it turned out!
