Fountain Hill Brewery, located in the Wisner-Bottrall Applied Technology Center, is open weekly on Thursdays.

Last night was one for the record books! We’ve heard your requests for years, and we are thrilled to finally announce that Fountain Hill Brewery to-go beer has officially arrived.

We celebrated our soft launch with the release of the Raider River Hazy IPA in cans. A huge shoutout to our very first customers, Stephane Lameglier and Dep Hornburger, who traveled all the way from Kendallville, Indiana, to make history with us!

Check out these snapshots of our guests heading home with a can or two. Join us in the taproom next week as we officially launch our Mix & Match to-go packs.

Just a reminder that the Fountain Hill Brewery taproom is closed tonight as we celebrate GRCC’s Spring Break.

We return to our regular Thursday night service on March 12th. Join us weekly from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM through April 16th to enjoy our latest student-crafted brews and rotating culinary features.

If you haven’t stopped by yet, now’s the time. See what student-run craft beer is all about! The taproom is open on Thursdays from 5:30pm-8:30pm.

After a long break, Fountain Hill Brewery is officially reopening, and we’re so grateful to everyone who joined us last week for our soft opening. Your support means the world to us 💛💙

Starting Thursday, February 12, we’ll be open 5:30–8:30 PM, with students from CRB 205: Taproom Management & Operations running the taproom and serving beers they brewed right here on campus in CRB 110: Introduction to Craft Beverage Brewing and CRB 210: Advanced Craft Beverage Brewing.

We’ll have a limited food menu, plus something new and fun—weekly pop-up food vendors from Spring GR! Think food truck vibes inside The Heritage. These pop-ups feature local food entrepreneurs working toward launching their catering businesses, personal chef services, and other food-focused ventures.

Great beer, fresh talent, and a chance to support the next generation of brewers and food entrepreneurs—we can’t wait to welcome you back. 🍺✨

That’s right—IT’S US! 🎉 Fountain Hill Brewery is making its Winter Beer Fest debut. GRCC Craft Brewing Program faculty will be pouring FHB beer for the first time ever at a beer festival this Saturday! 🍻🔥

Each course is thoughtfully paired with a Craft GRCC Craft Brewing Program student-crafted beer from Fountain Hill Brewery for a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Our Draught Systems and Packaging class would like to thank Brewery Vivant and Brass Ring Brewery for their gracious hospitality! Chris (Brass Ring) and Ciaran (Brewery Vivant) provided a wealth of information about the awesome West Michigan brewing scene. Wonderful people and wonderful breweries!
