We are honored and humbled to be recognized by everyone that voted this year in Best of the West 2026! Our talented and passionate mixologist, Connor Everhart, won Best Mixologist in West Michigan! He is a bartending rockstar with an infectious enthusiasm for craft cocktails and we are very fortunate to have him on the Drip Drop team. Collectively, our team has been recognized as a finalist for Best Bar in Greater Grand Rapids, Best Craft Cocktails, and Best Mocktails! Our appreciation goes out to our customers and our community who support us on a weekly basis. We are grateful for the new and familiar faces that continue to walk through our doors. Cocktail Spotlight: PIÑA VERDE This modern classic has been around since the late aughts. San Diego bar owner Erick Castro started adding the French liquor Green Chartreuse to his Piña Colada and wound up making it the star of the drink. The Chartreuse bings an herbal complexity, fresh lime and pineapple juice provide bright acidity, while cream of coconut rounds everything off. Stop in this week and try one!
