From clean up until close down, our Mixing Memories Bartending Staff will be fun, engaging, and working hard to make sure your special day goes perfectly! We often work at venues ranging from South Haven to Traverse City and every where in between. We've grown to eleven bartenders, five day of coordinators, and six DJs that are all ready to make your day everything you dreamed of! WEEKEND RECAP: October 23rd-25th

Friday: Our super busy fall season began winding down, but we are not done yet!! Bartenders Cam and Jose were crafting up fall inspired drinks at the always stunning Venue3Two.

Saturday: Our full package team was onsite at The Centennial Barn in Wayland with Meredith coordinating a beautiful wedding day, Cam and Brishene behind the bar, and DJ David behind the DJ booth! Taylor was out bartending at The Old Wooden Barn LLC in Hudsonville. (Their 2027 schedule is filling up fast! Check them out today!!) While Maggie & Bri were coordinating a perfect waterfront-wedding out in Holland at Boatwerks Waterfront!

Sunday: Johanna represented the team at the Something Blue Berry Wedding Barn vendor open house! There were so many great teams there at such a great venue!

WEEKEND RECAP: October 16th-18th

Friday: The rainy weather didn’t stop us this weekend! We had the Mixing Memories full package team on site at Venue3Two, with Maggie coordinating, David Dj-ing and Maiah and Taylor bartending! We also had Merry Beth and Jenny bartending in Hudsonville at The Old Wooden Barn LLC!

Saturday: Our full package team was onsite at The Centennial Barn in Wayland with Meredith coordinating a perfect wedding day, Maiah behind the bar, and DJ Jose behind the DJ booth! Our bartending team was back again at Venue3Two, this time Jake and Grace were mixing up tasty drinks! Taylor was out bartending at The Vintage Rose Barn in Gobles, and Maggie was bartending at The Barn at Monterey Valley in Allegan!

Sunday: Finishing out the weekend, Maiah and Merry Beth were bartending a beautiful Sunday wedding at Vintage Rose Barn, while Maggie was back for a second day at The Barn at Monterey Valley making a variety of special fall drinks!

We love weddings all year round, but a Michigan fall wedding is just so special! Our weekends (and hearts!) have been so full with beautiful celebrations in these past few months, and our 2027 fall is already booking up!

WEEKEND RECAP: October 9th-11th

Friday: We kicked off another busy fall weekend with bartenders Kelsey, Jose and Maggie spending another beautiful evening at Venue3Two in Grand Rapids. Cam was serving up drinks at Saugatuck’s gorgeous A Cut Above Event Center, and bartenders Taylor and Merry Beth were over in Gobles at the stunning Vintage Rose Barn.

Saturday: Our full package team was onsite at The Centennial Barn in Wayland with Meredith coordinating a perfect wedding day, Merry Beth behind the bar, and DJ Jose behind the DJ booth! You already know we love to see a weekend where our team is on site at Venue3Two more than once! We were back again, this time Jenny and Taylor were crafting up cocktails and refreshments! Not only did we get to go back-to-back at Venue3Two, we were also at A Cut Above AND Vintage Rose Barn yet again! Maggie was mixing up green tea cocktails and margaritas at ACA, while Cam was cracking open cold ones at VRB!

Sunday: We closed out this weekend with our coordinator Maggie and DJ Dylan bringing together a Sunday wedding at The Centennial Barn!
