Scott, from day one, has given us nothing but trust and creative freedom when it comes to crafting not only wonderful cocktails, but the kind of familial atmosphere at SoCo that is undeniable. As a result, SoCo really has turned into its own little family over the years, and I will be forever grateful that Scott welcomed me into it with such open arms.”

STAFF HIGHLIGHT: Bo

Our Bo has been on our SoCo team for about 3 years! He’s a whiskey lover whose favorite cocktail to make is a “Surprise Me” cocktail. He loves putting his creativity to the test, and takes it as such a lovely compliment when people take a look around our bar, what we all offer, and are willing to put complete trust into our passion for creating a killer cocktail! Stop by and chat with Bo about DND, writing and spending way too much money on concert tickets!
