Now Hiring: A Brewer!
Odd Side Ales is looking for a passionate and dedicated Brewer to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time position for someone with a strong work ethic and a love for craft beer.
As an Brewer, you'll be involved in every step of the brewing process, from raw materials to the finished product.
Responsibilities include:
Brewing & Cellar Work: Assisting with all hot and cold side tasks, including milling, mashing, yeast management, dry-hopping, and carbonation.
Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and sanitary brewery environment, including CIP and equipment cleaning.
Packaging: Helping with canning and kegging operations.
Inventory & Maintenance: Handling raw materials and assisting with routine equipment upkeep.
Safety: Adhering to all brewery safety protocols.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Prior brewery experience is a plus, but a strong passion for beer and a desire to learn are most important.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (must be able to lift 55 lbs).
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
