Every year we hand select the hops we use for hop snob. This is the first as the harvest season continues.

Crosby hops is very kind letting us do this every year because we are such a small brewery in comparison. We select which one has the best appearance both outside and inside the cones, but most importantly the aromas that each variety presents in its own way.

Just as when growing anything, the environment dictates the quality. We have 3 more varieties to sample and select over the next month! 🍺
