Donshae has been part of the Carl & ’Chelle’s family since December 10, 2022. He’s a basketball lover, a hard worker, and someone who simply loves big.

But if you know Donshae, you know the best way to describe him is the sweetest soul. ❤️

On 9•11•11, Carl & ’Chelle’s Grill Room opened its doors.

We could never have imagined all the memories that would be made inside these walls—or all the incredible people who would become part of our story along the way.

There have been long days, late nights, celebrations, challenges, lots of laughter, thousands of steaks, countless catered events and more memories than we could ever fit into one Reel.

But through every season, one thing has remained the same: the people.

Our family. Our team—past and present. And the customers who have supported this little locally owned steakhouse for the last 15 years.

Thank you for growing with us, celebrating with us and allowing us to serve you.

From charcuterie, fresh fruit and veggies to dips, savory bites, sweets and more, we loved putting together this spread and helping welcome everyone back for a weekend of reconnecting, reminiscing and celebrating.
