🥓🔥 THE BACON RIB IS BACK TOMORROW & SATURDAY. 🔥🥓

And I’m telling you now because every time we make these, I hear the same thing afterward:

“I didn’t know you had them!”

Well… NOW YOU KNOW. Tell a friend😂

If you’ve never had one, a Bacon Rib is something special. The pork belly is left attached to the spare rib, then we cure the whole thing like bacon for 7–10 days, cold smoke it, cut it into individual ribs, season every side and put it back on the smoker until that pork belly and rib meat are ridiculously tender.

Basically, imagine bacon + pork belly + BBQ ribs all having a beautiful Texas-style love child. 🤤🔥

And these aren’t something we can just whip up when we run out. They take more than a WEEK to make.

That’s why I’m giving you the warning now:
