👨🍳 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: CHEF COLIN MINER
Some people step into a position and simply do the job. Others step in and make an undeniable impact.
Chef Colin Miner is the latter.
Not only is he ridiculously talented at what he does, but he has stepped into his role with an incredible level of professionalism, reliability, dedication, and pride. In just two short months of being open, he has taken on a tremendous responsibility and has become someone I genuinely value and respect.
He routinely puts in 12+ hour days, six days a week, without complaint. He has embraced the challenges, carried a huge role in a very short amount of time, and consistently shows up with the kind of work ethic and commitment that does not go unnoticed.
The menu at the W**e Bar has become such a success because of his talent, creativity, consistency, and passion. Every plate tells a story, and so much of what makes our food special comes directly from him.
As an owner, finding someone you can trust, depend on, and truly respect is invaluable. Colin, you have been an incredible addition to this team, and I am so grateful for everything you bring to the W**e Bar.
