The New Funny Redoux Comedy Showcase & Feedback Mic is a stand-up showcase built for comedians under 4 years in comedy who previously performed on the original New Funny show.

Comics return to showcase their growth, test new material, and receive constructive feedback on their writing, timing, stage presence, and overall development.

More than a showcase, this is a supportive space designed to help rising comedians sharpen their craft, build confidence, and prepare for bigger opportunities.

James P. Connolly has appeared on America’s Got Talent, Comedy Central, HBO, in the Netflix series, “Larry Charles: Dangerous World of Comedy”, and can be heard daily on multiple SiriusXM Comedy Channels.

He attended Harvard University on a Marine Corps ROTC Scholarship and while serving in Desert Storm was ordered to write jokes for his Colonel. Arriving in Hollywood, James began to perform at LA’s major comedy venues and soon popped up on television, commercials, and in small films. He has a brand new Dry Bar Comedy Special “Acceptable Loss” streaming now on the Dry Bar Comedy App.

THIS WEEKEND! Buckle up and get ready to have fun! Comedian Cory Michaelis headlines Stir Crazy. Also featuring Ben Lewis and hosted by Hillary Grady . Shows Friday and Saturday at 6:00 & 8:30

After teaching high school for 12 years, Cory Michaelis “retired” to do comedy full time because he wanted to try out both of the lowest paying jobs in America. Now in his 12th year as a comedian (he’s not THAT old...there was some overlap)

Cory has a Dry Bar Comedy Special -“Bad Teacher” - that snagged over 50 million views. His debut album, “The Collage Dropout,” was released by 800 Lb. Gorilla Records and charted at #2 on iTunes & Billboard (because it was the only album released that week). Cory was a finalist in the Seattle Comedy Competition which means he didn’t win and was in Season 2 of Netflix’s “Huge in France” with Gad Almelah.

His act is sharp and irreverent and not suitable for the high school students he used to teach.
