Farewell and thank you!

After much thoughtful consideration, we have made the decision to lease our Urban Agave space to a new ownership group as we focus our energy on and our newest concept, . While we are excited for what’s ahead, we are truly saddened to say goodbye to the vibrant energy of our regulars, newcomers, and the incredible team that made Urban Agave so special.

Thank you to everyone who dined with us, celebrated milestones with us, and supported us throughout the journey — from taking over Urban Margarita to growing into Urban Agave. We are so proud of what we built together, and it’s been an honor to be part of this community.

We hope you’ll join us for one final celebration at our last Taco Tuesday on April 29th — let’s send Urban Agave off the way it deserves, with good friends, great food, and even better memories.

We also hope you’ll continue to follow along for updates on Sparrow and our other ventures. We’re excited to share that you’ll see some familiar faces from our team joining the new group after a brief downtime for interior updates. The community-driven spirit of Sky Restaurant Concepts lives on, and we can’t wait to welcome you again soon!
