Tonight is a true soft opening, and we are excited to have some familiar faces from the original Loco team back with us!

They are learning new technology and equipment while helping us bring the original Loco recipes back to life. We are combining those recipes and years of experience with 21st-century restaurant equipment, while adapting to the many changes made here since the team was last in this kitchen.

Please be patient with us as we get everything working together. There may be a few bumps while we find our rhythm, but we are committed to getting it right. Your patience and support mean more to us than you know.

We’ve been putting in the work, listening to your feedback, and focusing on getting the food and service back to the Loco standards you expect. Now it’s almost time to open those doors again.

We’re listening, Loco!
Yesterday we told you the ribeyes are back, and we heard from a lot of you who were excited but also wanted a smaller steak option. So we’re adding one.
Along with our 16 oz Ribeye for $38.99, we’ll also be serving a 6 oz Filet for $32.99. Both come with 2 sides.
And now, all of our beef at Loco Coyote, from the burgers and brisket to the steaks, will come from , a Texas ranching family with generations of history behind the beef they raise.
We’re continuing to listen, make changes, and focus on the food and experience you want from Loco. We’re excited for you to try what’s coming next.

🥩🔥 RIBEYES ARE BACK AT LOCO! 🔥🥩

You asked, and we listened! Ribeyes are officially back every day, and we’re making them even better. We’re upgrading from our 12 oz Ribeye to a big 16 oz Ribeye!

And this is just the beginning. Our full menu will be released soon, so stay tuned for everything else coming back to Loco.
