-White wash of the fireplace
- Flooring
-Custom made 1/2 wall caps, floating shelves and mantle
- Shiplap on alcove walls and side caps
-All new 6" recessed lighting, outlets and dimmers
- next up is the kitchen!

So who do you call when your first choice contract can't even install sub-floor correctly, yep that would be us.
Removed sub-floor, all new water lines and drains from basement to the roof top vent.
Built out wall for master closet adjacent to bathroom, new tub and etc.
We will be finishing up here shortly.
P.s. check out that tub drain, it just pulled out of the main sewer stack like playdoe was supposed to hold it in. Yikess!
