there’s been a lot of continued discourse over what constitutes a great burger and what makes one “best” . . . especially since the smash burger craze took over LA’s burger scene in the last half decade +. ⁠
⁠
for us, it’s quality meat (and a lot of it); complementary ingredients varying from savory to sweet, crunchy to smooth; a stable bun that can hold the foundation; a monthly new build where we have room for creativity; and one we find ourselves daydreaming about long after the last bite!⁠
