BREWERS NOTES:
An easy drinking unfiltered contemporary pilsner, light straw colored, brewed with 100% Heidelberg Pilsen malt and lightly dry hopped with Motueka, to add a modern twist to the standard pilsner, providing a slight citrus and lime zest aroma while still maintaining a crisp, quenching finish. This b**r is also gluten reduced.

Last time Hope Social Club played at GBC, it was Summer Solstice 2025 & 70 degrees😎 Tonight calls for a few more layers, but we’re bringing that same Girdwood energery as these rad musicians know how to get a crowd moving. We will be releasing Crow Creek Gold, contemporary pilsner, which is a great dancing b**r!

B**r garden concert begins at 6pm. Dress for mid-October weather in a mountain-town rainforest & come ready to dance.

There are still some tickets left on Eventbrite. Grab yours while you can! We’ll post on social media if we sell out.

We open at 11am, with The Hungry Deckhand & Girdwood Izakaya here today. Football will be on in the back.

From 6–9, the taproom will be open to ticket holders only & closed for regular service. If you’re stopping by without a concert ticket, please visit before 5:45.

Parking is limited. We have some overflow parking at the brewery & Girdwood Chapel next door has parking available by donation. Please don’t block fire lanes, fire hydrants, or driveways, & do not park on Alyeska Highway. Thanks!

Happy Friday, October 9th! It’s absolutely gorgeous in Girdwood, a sunglasses inside & outside kind of day. Shannon & Rebecca are pouring b**rs right now, so come soak it up with us and a Hungry Deckhand sandwich! We’re open noon–9 (11-9 weekends). Not sure about the weather tomorrow, but Hope Social Club is playing outdoors & we know how to roll with the weather in Girdwood. Bring your puffy or Gore-Tex & let’s have some fun regardless!

There are still some tickets available, so grab yours while you can! We’ll post on our social media if we sell out. Tomorrow, the taproom will be open from 5:45–9 pm for ticket holders only & closed for regular service.

It is Wednesday and that means Nerdwood (sci-fi /fantasy book club) is meeting at 6pm (every first Wednesday through May) and we have live music by vinter.baer at 6:30 in the taproom! Cheers!🍻

Happy Monday, October 5! We’ve got a busy week ahead, highlighted by Hope Social Club in the b**r garden on Saturday, October 10. Tickets are still available through Eventbrite. Get yours before they’re gone!

• Monday (today): Crepes de Paris all day & Scratch Kitchen serving up wings from 3–9 pm. Monday Night Football on the TV!

• Tuesday: The TinCan serving soup in bread bowls & Brews & Brains trivia with Sean Ryan, 7–9 pm. Come flex your knowledge!

• Wednesday: Mammoth Cheesesteaks & our Wednesday Live Music series continues with Vinter Baer starting around 7 pm. Nerdwood Book Club, hosted by Jacob, meets from 6–7:30 pm to discuss The Murderbot Diaries.

• Thursday & Friday: The Hungry Deckhand serving up the goods.

• Saturday: Hope Social Club in the b**r garden, plus Girdwood Izakaya & The Hungry Deckhand!

• Sunday: Crepes de Paris & Girdwood Izakaya, plus Open Mic with Sadona from 7–9 pm. Signups start at 6:30. Bring your music, comedy, or poetry!

BREWERS NOTES:
This b**r is a fusion of No Woman No Cryo and IP-AK, it showcases the delicious hop combination from our Flagship NEIPA (No Woman No Cryo) but in a West Coast IPA format. A light malt bill lets the hops take center stage with a clean and slightly bitter finish.
