Say yes to the adventure. 💚

There will always be reasons to wait. More work to finish. Better weather coming. Another weekend. Another summer. Another time.

Until one day, you understand that this was the time.

The random Tuesday. The rainy afternoon. The ride with no set destination. The people sitting beside you. The laughter you didn’t know would become a memory.

Today, we watched a sea of motorcycles gather in our parking lot before setting out on one final ride in honor of Miles. It was beautiful, heartbreaking, and another reminder of just how fiercely this community has shown up for one another.

Our hearts remain with the families and loved ones of Miles, Jeanine and Cameron, and with everyone navigating the tremendous loss our community has experienced. May they continue to feel all of us standing beside them. 💚

Maybe we can honor the lives we miss by being a little more present in the lives we still get to live.

Take the ride. Love your people. Don’t wait for next time.

A little before & after BBQ magic. 🔥🐷

Our pulled pork starts with a generous coating of our housemade BBQ rub before heading into the smoker with hickory chips.

Then comes the most important ingredient: time.

For 10–12 hours, it cooks low and slow until that beautiful bark forms and the pork is tender enough to pull apart.

Made with time, love and a whole lot of care. ❤️

But coming out of the smoker is only half the story.

That hickory smoked pork becomes the star of our Pulled Pork Sandwich, gets piled onto our Irish Pork Nachos, finds its way into our Pork Bolognese Ravioli and BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese, and yes, you can order it all by itself as a side.

Because when you spend 10–12 hours making something, you find more than one way to show it off. 🔥🐷

And Saturday, we’re adding a little Irish to all that smoke. ☘️🇮🇪

The year was 2011… ☘️

A gallon of gas was under $4, Adele was rolling in the deep, LMFAO had everybody shufflin’, and we were still taking blurry pictures on digital cameras and uploading entire albums to Facebook.

We had iPod Nanos, Angry Birds, skinny jeans, Silly Bandz, and absolutely no idea that someday we’d be nostalgic for any of it.

Meanwhile at Patrick’s… Pub Mania was already making memories. ❤️

15 years later, the pictures may have gotten clearer, but the people, the laughs, and the heart behind this tradition are still what make it so special.

And we’re still making memories tonight. ☘️

🟢 Green Spot dates back to the early 1900s and was originally bottled specifically for Mitchell & Son, a Dublin wine merchant.

🟢 The “Spot” name came from actual spots of paint used to mark whiskey casks by age.

🟢 There wasn’t just Green Spot. The family used blue, red, yellow and green spots to identify different aging periods.

🟢 Green originally represented 10 year old whiskey.

🟢 Green Spot is a Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, a style made using both malted and unmalted barley.
