We are maxing our brew capacity today! 10 gallons of Penn. Lager to be split into 2 kegs. One will be a traditional Penn. style lager and one... will be a mystery!!!!

Actually, post below with a suggested flavor for the lager (blackberry, apricot... bacon... your call!) The winner will receive a growler filled for no charge!

B Squared is thrilled to introduce: Partly Cloudy! This New England IPA is hoppy, smooth and has a kiss of boozy goodness at 7.7%. It was dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic.

9/15 new beer alert! Hazy Daze NE IPA 2.0. We took the original and made it better by adding cryo hops at dry hop. Cryo hops have twice the hop aroma with little to no bitterness. The Grainfather helped with a longer mash for a sweeter beer that will be a juicy hop bomb!

We thought it would be fun to try something new! This Friday at the tap room we will be serving 2 new beers.

1. Brickwarmer Red with Citra Hops
2. Brickwarmer Red with Sweet Orange Peel

Yep, thats right, both beers are brewed exactly the same way but 1 is finished with 2 oz of Citra Hops directly in the keg and 2 is finished with Sweet Orange Peel directly in the keg. Arrange a tasting if you want to see how the finish technique impacts the flavor!

After going radio silent over Christmas break... we are back to brewing at B Squared. 10.5 gallons of Midwest IPA are in fermentation brewed with 100% centennial hops.

Up next? Brickwarmer Winter Ale, packed with citra hops and sweet AZ Orange peel.

Happening right now in the brewhouse -

Clashing Worlds: this beer will confuse your senses, the color of a dark German beer, floral and citrus hops will explode from the glass and you will be pulled back with a huge malt backbone and slightly sweet finish!

Look for Clashing Worlds in early December!

After a busy weekend the tap room is running of fumes!

Up next in mid November:

7 C's Pale Ale - brewed with a blend of Citra, Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Cluster and Crystal hops! 7 C's will be a smooth balanced malty pale ale with an aggressively hoppy nose

Smoked Chipotle Porter - a winter classic from us! This Porter delivers a 1-2 punch of smoke with grains and chipotle peppers added at just the right time to produce a spicy kick. While this crowd pleaser is normally gone in a matter of weeks... fear not, we doubled the production!

Fall is in the air and we have been busy! Currently on tap:

1. Wildfire Smoked Ale: a smokey German style beer that reminds us of fall and campfire

2. Citra SMaSH: the 2nd in our series showcases 100% Citra hops with amazing hop mustiness on the pallet and citrus aroma on the nose

3. Black Rock Porter: deep and dark with toffee, Carmel and coffee flavors

4. Big Ray Scotch Ale: brewed on 9/23 to honor Ray Bilski this Ale is an amazingly complex malt forward beer! My Dad would have loved it!
