Sushi Sunday Fun Day is back Birdies!! 😃

Here’s today’s line up: 🥁

1. COCONUT CRUSTED SHRIMP ROLL- Coconut crusted shrimp tempura, cream cheese, pineapple, red pepper, jalapeño, green onion rolled and topped with spicy mayo and firecracker sauce then finished with coconut flakes.

2. CARIBBEAN SHRIMP TEMPURA ROLL- Shrimp tempura, cream cheese, cucumber, pineapple, red pepper, avocado rolled and topped with jalapeño wheels then drizzled with spicy mayo.

3. CRAB RANGOON ROLL- Crab, cream cheese, red pepper, jalapeño, green onion, pineapple rolled tempura battered and fried then drizzled with spicy mayo and a raspberry sauce.

4. SPICY AHI ROLL- Ahi tuna, green onion, cucumber, carrot, avocado, jalapeño rolled and topped with sweet and spicy peanuts then drizzled with spicy mayo and wasabi aioli.

5. CALIFORNIA ROLL- Crab, cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, green onion rolled and drizzled with spicy mayo.

6. CRUNCHY TUNA ROLL- Ahi tuna, cucumber, green onion, jalapeño rolled tempura battered and fried topped with green onion then drizzled with spicy mayo and wasabi aioli.

7. LOBSTER RANGOON ROLL- lobster, cream cheese, green onion, jalapeño, pineapple, red pepper rolled, tempura battered and fried, then drizzled with spicy mayo and a raspberry sauce.

Jamaican Sweet Heat linguine-
Linguine noodles tossed with coconut lime curry sauce, sautéed shrimp, bell pepper trio, mushrooms, onions, diced pineapple, and topped with a jerk seasoned, grilled filet mignon fanned over the top on a bed of spinach. Served with fresh bread. 🤤

Today’s feature:

Pina Colada Surf & Turf!!

A tender grilled filet mignon resting on a grilled pineapple medallion, topped with 2 of our hand made coconut crusted shrimp and drizzled with our firecracker sauce. Paired perfectly with our house made mashed sweet potatoes and grilled asparagus. 🤤

‼️ We are also running our:

Jerk kissed halibut-
Lightly jerk seasoned pan seared halibut filet topped with sauteed shrimp and drizzled with a lemon-garlic cream sauce while resting on a bed of lemon herb rice. Served with grilled asparagus.
