Hop Prophet is back, brewed with 100% fresh Comet hops from our friends at in Yakima. 🌿

A pretty good prophecy, if you ask us. 😉 This year’s batch is floral and fruity, with notes of pineapple and ripe citrus, a deep golden color, and a medium, slightly resinous finish.

The bright, fresh-hopped releases today and will be available on draft only, served in our can pint glass at both Tacoma and Gig Harbor taprooms. 🍻

So fresh, so clean. 🤙

Golden, vibrant, and fresh from the field. 🌾 Our 2026 Yakima Valley Fresh Hop IPA is here.

Deep golden in color and bursting with fresh from the field, Yakima Valley hops. Floral and vibrant on the nose with hints of citrus fruits, Yakima Valley Fresh Hop IPA expresses a perfect blend of hop character that is both bold and nuanced. Fresh Amarillo hops from our friends at are added to the kettle within several hours of harvest.

Hops: Fresh Amarillo, Centennial
Malts: 2-Row, Munich, light crystal

Available now in cans and on draft at both taprooms and at select retailers for a limited time!

Uno Más, because one is never enough. ☝️ This Comet-hopped IPA is BACK as our tribute to and their incredible work in Yakima Valley.

Showcasing the renowned Comet hops grown by our friends at their Loza family-owned and operated 365-acre farm in Yakima Valley’s town of Wapato. As the only Latino-owned hop farm in the country, this year marks their 20th harvest! The Loza family story is both compelling and inspiring, but perhaps most importantly is their dedication to overall quality and penchant for cultivating alluringly aromatic Comet hops.

Medium-pale in color with a clean, restrained maltiness, the Comet hops shine center stage with striking notes of grapefruit, citrus rind, and floral accents.

6.4% ABV ~55 IBU
Malts: 2-Row, Dextra-Pils, Munich
Hops: Loza Farms Comet

Available now in cans and on draft at both taprooms and at select retailers for a limited time!
